Professional Air is the full service FBO at the Bend Municipal Airport (green building located mid-field on the west side).  Professional Air offers fuel (full & self serve), aircraft maintenance, avionics sales and service, flight instruction, local charter, plus an on-site restaurant (Airport Cafe) with great food and catering, rental cars (Avis & Carrera Luxury Collection), and the most friendly staff in the industry. We have courtesy cars for use for day trips, de-ice, lav service, hangars (short and long-term), and a wonderfully warm customer area plus a separate pilot lounge. The popcorn, ice, and coffee are on us!  And ask about our beef steak giveaways (just buy enough fuel!) complements of CE Lovejoys Market.

The Bend Airport is located approximately 5 miles northeast of the city of Bend, Oregon. The single runway(16/34) is 5,200 feet in length, 75 feet wide and runs north/south. The asphalt surface is in perfect condition - it was rebuilt in October, 2007. There are parallel taxiways (A and B) on each side of the runway. Taxiway B is brand new, and taxiway A is scheduled to be rebuilt in the spring of 2012.

Falcon50 &  B-17G 250.jpgRunway 16, the calm wind runway, is served by a non-precision Instrument approach, and a 4-light VASI (Visual Approach Slope Indication) system.  Runway edge lighting includes a MIRL (Medium Intensity Runway Lighting) system for approaches from either direction.

The majority of general aviation service providers are located onCE Lovejoy logo 200.jpg the west side of the Airport along Powell Butte Highway.
