AeroFacilities is our build-to-suit state-of-the-art hangar development located mid-field on the east side of the runway at KBDN. High quality steel hangars with Schweiss hydraulic doors, these are the newest, nicest hangars on the field. Let us customize your own aircraft toy box, in sizes ranging from 10,000 sq. ft. fronting the runway, to 8,000, 6,000, 3,600, and finally 2,000 sq. ft. custom duets located at the back of the development. T-5 lighting, double insulation, epoxy floors, RV doors, radiant heat, bathrooms, showers, kitchenettes, pilot lounges, customer lounges - whatever you desire, we can build, exactly as you want it! Current ground leases with the city of Bend run through the year 2038, with two 10-year options on top.
